Agenda for General Board Meeting of our association dated 15 th February 2024at 11am in the association office under the Chairmanship ofPresident of association The agenda is as follows

If corum is not available then the meeting will be held at same place after half an hour for which corum is not required.

Agenda

1. To confirm the minutes of the last meeting held on 23 Dec 2023
2. To take a review of the constitution amendment case.
3. To finalize the program of AGM and Get together in March 24.
4. To take review of guest lectures in the institution.
5. To decide the payment of second installment to needy students.
6. Any other subject with the permission of the Chair.
7. It is requested to all members to kindly attend the meeting positively
