आपल्या संस्थेची वार्षिक आमसभा मा. अध्यक्षांचे अध्यक्षतेखाली दिनांक १३ फेब्रुवारी २०२६ रोज शुक्रवार सकाळी १०.३० वाजता संस्थेच्या परिसरात घेण्यात येईल. तरी कृपया वेळेवर उपस्थित राहावे ही विनंती.

2. मागील आमसभेचे इतिवृत्त वाचून कायम करणे.
3. मागील आमसभेपासून आतापर्यंत कार्यकारिणीने केलेल्या कार्यवाहीस मंजुरी देणे
4. मागील आमसभेपासून आतापर्यंतच्या जमा खर्चास मंजुरी देणे

आवश्यक सूचना

1. आमसभा दिनांक १३-०२-२०२६ रोज शुक्रवार सकाळी १०.३० वाजता सुरु होईल. कोरम अभावी सभा स्थगित करावी लागली तर ११.०० वाजता परत सभा बोलाविण्यात येईल. त्यास कोरमची आवश्यकता राहणार नाही.
2. आमसभेसाठी रु ५००/- भरून नोंद करणे आवश्यक आहे. नोंदणी ९.३० वाजेपासून सुरु होईल. वर्ष २०२३, २०२४ व २०२५ मधील माजी विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी नोंदणी शुल्क रु २००/- राहील.
3. संस्थेच्या सभासदास संस्थेबाबत काही प्रश्न/खुलासा विचारावयाचा असल्यास तसे ५-०२-२०२६ रोज गुरुवार पर्यंत सचिवांकडे लेखी स्वरूपात द्यावे. वेळेवर विचारलेल्या प्रश्नावर खुलासा देणे शक्य होणार नाही.
4. सभेनंतर सहभोजनासाठी सर्व सभासदांना व कुटंबियाना सादर आमंत्रित करण्यात येत आहे.

नमस्कार ,

आपल्या संस्थेच्या माजी विद्यार्थ्यांचे कुटुंबासह स्नेहमिलन १३-०२-२०२६ शुक्रवार रोज़ी सायंकाळी ५-०० ते ८-०० या वेळेमध्ये खामगाव येथे घेण्याचे निश्चित केले आहे. कृपया आपल्या उपस्थिती बाबत श्री रामकृष्ण जवकार कोषाध्यक्ष जिपीके माजी विद्यार्थी संघ यांच्याकडे दिनांक ७-०२-२०२६ पर्यंत आपली नावे Whatsapp द्वारे 9422283435 या क्रमांकावर कळविण्यात यावी ही विनंती.

1. स्नेहमिलन नोंदणीसाठी प्रति सदस्य रु. ५००/- द्यायचे आहेत. तसेच फॅमिली करता नोंदणी फीची आवश्यकता नाही.
2. स्नेहमिलनासाठी आलेल्या सदस्यांनी राहण्याची व्यवस्था स्वतः करावयाची आहे. त्यासाठी आवश्यक ती मदत GPK संघामार्फ़त करण्यात येईल.
3. स्नेहमिलनाची रूपरेषा खालीलप्रमाणे आहे
   • स्नेहमिलन कार्यक्रम सायंकाळी ५-०० वाजेपासून विश्वेश्वरया हॉल शासकीय तंत्रनिकेतन परिसर खामगाव येथे होईल.
   • त्यामध्ये ओळख, चर्चा, भाषणे व करमणुकीचे कार्यक्रम (सभासदांकडून) होतील.
   • सायंकाळी ८ -०० वाजता सहभोजन (पावभाजी व स्विट)

दिनांक १३ फेब्रुवारी२०२६ शुक्रवार रोजी सर्व सभासदाना व सर्व कुटुंबीयाना खामगांव येथे नाश्ता सकाळी ९-०० ते १०-०० व जेवण दुपारी १-३० ते २-३० आहे.

सर्व कुटुंबीयांची सकाळी नाश्त्यानंतर श्री जगदंबा माता घाटपुरी येथे दर्शनाची व्यवस्था करण्यात येईल. त्यांचे दुपारचे भोजन GPK परिसरात सर्वा सोबत आहे.

कृपया जास्तीत जास्त सभासदांनी स्नेहमिलनाचे कार्यक्रमासाठी उपस्थित राहावे ही विनंती.

पेमेंट शेड्युल खालील प्रमाणे

1. फक्त एजीएम सदस्यांकरिता रूपये 500/-
2. एजीएम अधिक गेटटुगेदर सदस्यांकरिता रुपये 1000/-
3. फॅमिली करिता नोंदणी फी नाही.

तरी संपूर्ण कार्यक्रमाचे नियोजन करण्याचे दृष्टीने आपली संमती त्वरित कळवावी विनंती

आपणास नम्रपणे कळवू इच्छितो की, मी दिवाळी पूर्वी बऱ्याच सन्माननीय सदस्यांना आपल्या जीपीके माजी विद्यार्थी संघासाठी देणगी देण्याबाबत फोन केले होते. आनंदाची गोष्ट अशी की सर्व सन्माननीय सदस्यांनी सकारात्मक प्रतिसाद दिलेला आहे.

आता आपणास विनंती करण्यात येते की कृपया आपण ऐच्छिक आपल्या इच्छेनुसार जी देणगी देण्याची इच्छा असेल ती द्यावी ही विनंती.

महत्वाचे म्हणजे देणगीसाठी आम्ही सर्व सन्माननीय सदस्यांपर्यंत पोहोचण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहोत, जर आम्ही आपणास फोन करू शकलो नाही तरी कृपया आपण आपल्या इच्छेनुसार देणगी द्यावी व आपल्या जिपीके माजी विद्यार्थी संघाचे सामाजिक कार्यात सहभागी व्हावे ही नम्र विनंती.

आपल्या जीपीके माजी विद्यार्थी संघाने हुशार, होतकरू, व गरजू विद्यार्थ्यांकरीता एक हात मदतीचा मिशन सुरू केलेले आहे. आपण सद्या 15 ते 20 विद्यार्थ्यांना आर्थिक मदत करत असतो. परंतु बऱ्याच विद्यार्थ्यांना आर्थिक मदतीची गरज आहे.

आपणास कमीत कमी 50 ते 60 विद्यार्थ्यांना आर्थिक मदत करता यावी याकरिता हे मिशन सुरू केलेले आहे.
आपल्यापैकी काही सन्माननीय सदस्यांनी रुपये 55000/- संघटनेमार्फत एफडी ठेवल्यास त्याचे व्याज रुपये 5000/- दरवर्षी एका विद्यार्थ्यास मदत देणे शक्य होईल. आपण वरील रक्कम 2/3 हप्त्यामध्ये देऊ शकता. आपणास संघातर्फे आवाहन करण्यात येते की, वरील मिशनमध्ये आपल्यापैकी जास्तीत जास्त सदस्यांनी सहभागी व्हावे ही नम्र विनंती.?

टीप- हा मेसेज सध्या पदवीचे शिक्षण घेत असलेल्या माजी विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी नाही याची कृपया नोंद घ्यावी ही विनंती.

आपल्या शासकीय तंत्रनिकेतन खामगाव या संस्थेमधील सन 1965 ते 2025 या दरम्यान उत्तीर्ण झालेले बरेचसे विद्यार्थी आपल्या माजी विद्यार्थी संघाचे सन्माननीय सदस्य आहेत.

आज रोजी सन 1965 ते 2020 या कालावधीमध्ये उत्तीर्ण झालेले विद्यार्थी सुपर क्लास वन, क्लास वन, क्लास टू अशा मोठ-मोठ्या पदावर कार्यरत आहेत. त्यापैकी काही सन्माननीय सदस्य सेवानिवृत्त झालेले आहेत.

काही सन्माननीय सदस्य मोठ-मोठे कारखानदार, उद्योगपती व बिल्डर तसेच क्लास वन, क्लास टू कॉन्ट्रॅक्टर आहेत. तसेच राजकीय व सामाजिक क्षेत्रात कार्यरत आहेत.

आज रोजी माजी विद्यार्थी संघ, शासकीय तंत्रनिकेतन खामगाव मध्ये शिक्षण घेत असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे सर्वांगीन विकास होण्याचे दृष्टीने कार्य करीत आहे. माजी विद्यार्थी संघाचे कार्य हे पूर्णतः देणग्यावर अवलंबून आहे. आपल्यापैकी बऱ्याच सन्माननीय सदस्यांनी रुपये 5000/- ते रुपये 1,11,000/-पर्यंत देणग्या दिलेल्या आहेत. सद्यस्थितीत आपण सर्वजण समाजामध्ये सक्षमपणे कार्य करीत आहात याचा माजी विद्यार्थी संघाला सार्थ अभिमान आहे.

आपणास विनंती करण्यात येते की, आपण कमीत कमी ऐच्छिक रुपये 5000/- किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्तीत जास्त खालील प्रमाणे योगदान द्यावे ही विनंती.

1. उद्योगपती, कारखानदार, बिल्डर, क्लास वन कॉन्ट्रॅक्टर व क्लास टू कॉन्ट्रॅक्टर यांनी सीएसआर फंडातून रक्कम देण्यात यावी – रुपये एक लक्ष
2. क्लास वन क्लास टू अधिकारी प्रोफेसर आयटी इंजिनियर यांनी रुपये पन्नास हजार
3. सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी प्रोफेसर व इतर खात्यातील अभियंता यांनी रुपये पंचवीस हजार

सर्व सन्माननीय सदस्यांना आग्रहाची विनंती करण्यात येते की वरील प्रमाणे एकदाच देणगी देऊन सहकार्य केल्यास आपल्या संघटनेतर्फे हाती घेतलेली कार्ये चांगल्या प्रकारे कायमस्वरूपी चालू शकतील तरी सर्व सन्माननीय सदस्यांनी सहकार्य करावे ही विनंती. ?

Dear Respected Friend’s,

As already know to you all the distinguished members that we are having our Family get together on 19 th March and followed by AGM on 20 th March 2024 as per details already made available to you.
This is our 5 th AGM after which our teams tenure will come to end. I request all the Res Members of Alumni Association along Members of Governing and Advisory Body to come on 19 th and 20 th March for the scheduled AGM , so that we can assess what we have achieved and what we could not. We can draft a prospective plan for next 5 years where we want to see our Association . The achievements are praise worthy as your efforts are appreciated by the National Bureau of Accreditation GOI. Our relentless service for students of GPK has been the need of the hour during Pandemic and post pandemic periods from 2019 to 2024. It was your support which was a great asset to me in discharging our responsibilities towards society.
It’s my sincere desire to meet you all in person and offer my Thanks to you all on behalf of our Association .

Subject AGM and Family Get-together Mar 2024

Dear friends,
Wishing you all a very happy new year 2024!

During governing body meeting conducted on 23rd Dec 2023, below points are finalized –

• Family Get-together is planned on 19th March 2024
  Venue – Shegaon
• Followed by AGM on 20th March 2024
  Venue – GPK premises Khamgaon

Also Topper students of academic year 2022-23 will also be awarded from all the faculties during Jan – Feb 2024 at College Annual Gathering/ Function.
The request is already communicated to Respected Principal Sir to conduct both the events on the same day.

Requesting all the Res members to kindly share suggestions for above three functions to the Secretary GPK Alumni Association by 30th January on his WhatsApp number – 9422774877.

Agenda will be communicated well in advance to all the members of our association.

Next Meeting of the governing body is now scheduled for 26 May 2023 at GPK premises at 11 am in our associations office.

Agenda Note:

1. To confirm the minutes of last meeting held on 21 March 2023
2. To take a review of work done by different task teams . 
3. As per the unanimous decision taken in the last AGM on 4 Feb and also decision taken in the special General Body meeting held on.   March 2023 , the overall strength of the governing body is being increased from present 11 members to 19 members so as to accommodate members in GB from all the branches of GPK. Also framing eligibility criteria for nominating  alumni members from different age groups and one lady alumni member  minimum on GB . The proposal is drafted by our auditor and will be discussed in this meeting.  
4. To discuss about  raising funds for alumni association and increasing membership. 
5. permission for Adding one more prize to be awarded to a girl student as instituted by Shri Padmakar Pachpor In memory of his Grandmother from Matargaon bk. 
6. Any other subject with the permission of the chair .

I personally request all the 11 members of the present GB to remain present on 26 May for signing of new memorandum of increasing the Strength of GB to 19 members. Please bring your Aadhar and two passport size photographs. 

All the Res Members/ Governing body / Advisory body / co-opted members are requested to attend.

Notice for Special AGM of all members of GPK allumni association.

The special annual General body meeting of GPK allumni association members is called as per the decision taken in the Governing body held on 20 th Feb meeting in the GPK premises. The spl AGM will be held ON 11 th MARCH 2023 at 11am.
If required corum is not present , the rescheduled meeting will be again called , after half an hour at 11.30 am , for which no corum is required . The meeting place is GPK promises Alumni Association.

Following is the agenda note for special AGM.

2 To reconfirm the decision taken for amendment of GPK Alumni associations constitution .
