Next Meeting of the governing body is now scheduled for 26 May 2023 at GPK premises at 11 am in our associations office.

Agenda Note:

1. To confirm the minutes of last meeting held on 21 March 2023
2. To take a review of work done by different task teams . 
3. As per the unanimous decision taken in the last AGM on 4 Feb and also decision taken in the special General Body meeting held on.   March 2023 , the overall strength of the governing body is being increased from present 11 members to 19 members so as to accommodate members in GB from all the branches of GPK. Also framing eligibility criteria for nominating  alumni members from different age groups and one lady alumni member  minimum on GB . The proposal is drafted by our auditor and will be discussed in this meeting.  
4. To discuss about  raising funds for alumni association and increasing membership. 
5. permission for Adding one more prize to be awarded to a girl student as instituted by Shri Padmakar Pachpor In memory of his Grandmother from Matargaon bk. 
6. Any other subject with the permission of the chair .

I personally request all the 11 members of the present GB to remain present on 26 May for signing of new memorandum of increasing the Strength of GB to 19 members. Please bring your Aadhar and two passport size photographs. 

All the Res Members/ Governing body / Advisory body / co-opted members are requested to attend.

Notice for Special AGM of all members of GPK allumni association.

The special annual General body meeting of GPK allumni association members is called as per the decision taken in the Governing body held on 20 th Feb meeting in the GPK premises. The spl AGM will be held ON 11 th MARCH 2023 at 11am.
If required corum is not present , the rescheduled meeting will be again called , after half an hour at 11.30 am , for which no corum is required . The meeting place is GPK promises Alumni Association.

Following is the agenda note for special AGM.
1To confirm the minutes of last AGM held on 4 th Feb 2023 .
2 To reconfirm the decision taken for amendment of GPK Alumni associations constitution .
3Any other subject with the permission of the chair.
All the members are cordially requested to attend the meeting positively.
